1. Room body:
Main structure: It is composed of main room, equipment room, air inlet, manual door, inspection door, grille plate, screen plate, sand bucket plate, pit, lighting system, etc.
The upper part of the house is made of light steel structure, the skeleton is made of 100×50×3 ~ 4mm square pipe, the outer surface and the top are covered with color steel plate (color steel plate δ=0.425mm thick inside), the inner wall is covered with 1.5MM steel plate, and the steel plate is pasted with rubber, which has the characteristics of low cost, beautiful appearance and fast construction operation.
After the installation of the house body is completed, a layer of 5mm thick wear-resistant protective rubber cover is suspended on the inner wall and equipped with a pressing bar for protection, so as to avoid sand spraying onto the house body and damaging the house body. When the wear-resistant rubber plate is damaged, a new wear-resistant rubber plate can be quickly replaced. There are natural air intake vents on the top surface of the house and blinds for protection. There are dust extraction pipes and dust extraction ports on two sides of the house to facilitate indoor air circulation and dust extraction.

Grid plate: The galvanized HA323/30 steel grid plate produced by BDI company is adopted. The dimensions are made according to the installation width of the sand collecting bucket plate. It can withstand the force impact ≤300Kg, and the operator can safely carry out sand blasting operations on it. A layer of screen plate is installed above the grid plate to ensure that in addition to sand, other large materials can not enter the bucket plate, to prevent large impurities falling into the honeycomb bucket caused by blocking phenomenon.
Honeycomb floor: with Q235, δ=3mm stainless steel plate welded, good sealing, after the completion of the air tightness test, to ensure the recycling of sand. The rear end of the honeycomb floor is equipped with a sand return pipe connected with the sand separation device, and the function of sand recovery is greater than the continuous, stable, reliable and normal working spray volume of two spray guns.
Lighting system: A row of lighting system is installed on both sides of the sand blasting equipment, so that the operator has a better lighting degree when blasting sand. The lighting system adopts gold halide lamps, and 6 explosion-proof gold halide lamps are arranged in the sandblasting main room, which are divided into two rows and easy to maintain and replace. The lighting in the room can reach 300LuX.
