Physical properties of brown corundum: the main component of brown corundum is alumina. The grade is differentiated by aluminum content. The lower the aluminum content is, the lower the hardness is. The granularity of the product is produced according to international standards and national standards, and can be processed according to user requirements. Outstanding characteristics are small crystal size impact resistance, because of the grinding machine processing broken, particles are mostly spherical particles, dry surface clean, easy to bond.
Brown corundum known as industrial teeth: mainly used in refractory materials, grinding wheels, sand blasting.
1.Sandblasting brown corundum – sandblasting abrasive hardness moderate, high density, no free silica, than significant, good toughness, is the ideal “environmental protection” type sandblasting material, widely used in aluminum, copper profile glass, washing jeans precision mold and other fields;
2.Free grinding — grinding grade abrasives, used in picture tube, optical glass, monocrystalline silicon, lens, clock glass, crystal glass, jade and other fields of free grinding, is widely used in China as a senior grinding material;
3.resin abrasives – abrasives with appropriate color, good hardness, toughness, suitable particle section type and cutting edge retention degree, used in resin abrasives
4. Coated abrasives – abrasives are the raw materials of sandpaper, gauze and other manufacturers;
5. Brown corundum functional filler – mainly used for automotive brake parts, special tires, special construction products and other collar can be used to build highway pavement, airstrip, dock, parking lot, industrial floor, sports field and other wear-resistant materials;
6. Filter medium – is a new application field of abrasive, using granular abrasive as the bottom medium of the filter bed, purifying drinking water or wastewater, is a new type of water filtration materials at home and abroad, especially suitable for non-ferrous metal beneficiation, oil drilling mud weighting agent.
