In order to better ensure the use efficiency of the sand blasting machine in use, we need to carry out maintenance work on it. The maintenance work is divided into periodic operation. In this regard, the operation cycle and precautions are introduced for the convenience of the accuracy of the operation.
A week of maintenance
1. Cut off the air source, stop the machine for inspection, unload the nozzle. If the diameter of the nozzle is expanded by 1.6mm, or the liner of the nozzle is cracked, it should be replaced. If the sand blasting equipment is installed with a water filter, check the filter element of the filter and clean the water storage cup.
2. Check when starting up. Check the time required to exhaust the sand blasting equipment when it is shut down. If the exhaust time is significantly prolonged, too much abrasive and dust has accumulated in the filter or muffler, clean up.
Two, month maintenance
Cut off the air source and stop the sandblasting machine. Check the closing valve. If the closing valve is cracked or grooved, replace it. Check the sealing ring of the closed valve. If the sealing ring is worn, aged or cracked, it should be replaced. Check the filter or silencer and clean or replace it if it is worn or blocked.
Three, regular maintenance
Pneumatic remote control system is the safety device of sand blasting equipment. For the safety and normal operation of sandblasting operations, components in intake valves, exhaust valves and exhaust filters should be inspected regularly for wear and lubrication of O-ring seals, pistons, springs, gaskets and castings.
The handle on the controller is the trigger for the remote control system. Regularly clean the abrasives and impurities around the handle, spring and safety lever on the controller to prevent the controller action failure.
Four, lubrication
Once a week, inject 1-2 drops of lubricating oil into the piston and O-ring seals in the intake and exhaust valves.
Five, maintenance precautions
The following preparations should be made before the maintenance of the sandblasting equipment on the inner wall of the pipe to prevent accidents.
1. Exhaust the compressed air of the sand blasting equipment.
2. Close the air valve on the compressed air pipeline and hang up the safety sign.
3. Release the pressure air in the pipeline between the air valve and the sand blasting equipment.
