1. The nozzle of the sand blasting machine does not produce sand: the main reason is that there are foreign bodies in the nozzle, leading to the blockage of the nozzle. When using brown corundum abrasive for sandblasting, it is necessary to clean the sandblasting machine regularly, because of the small volume of sandblasting, the dust and broken small particles carried will be blocked in some gaps, affecting the use of the sandblasting machine.
2. The impact force of sandblasting machine is not enough: if the impact force of sandblasting is not enough, brown corundum always has grinding force and can not remove rust spots well. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the pressure of the sand blasting machine itself is not enough, leading to the reduction of sand punching.
In addition, the size of the nozzle has a certain effect on the pressure, that is, the smaller the nozzle, the greater the pressure, but the nozzle should not be too small, because too small will affect the efficiency of sand blasting. In fact, in order to obtain a good sandblasting effect, it is necessary for the operator to master the sandblasting operation process and have a sufficient understanding of the sandblasting parameters. In short, the effect of sand blasting depends on the quality of the product, on the other hand depends on the operator’s technology.
