1. Before use
Connect to the air source and power supply of the sandblasting machine, and open the power switch on the electrical box. According to the need to adjust the pressure of compressed air through the reducing valve into the spray gun between 0.4~ 0.6mpa. Choose the suitable abrasive injection machine bin sand must be added slowly, so as not to block.
2. In use
To stop using the sandblasting machine, cut off the sandblasting machine and air source. Check whether there is any abnormality in each part, and check whether the connection of each pipeline is firm regularly. Do not drop anything other than the specified abrasive into the work compartment so as not to affect the circulation of the abrasive. The surface of the workpiece to be machined must be dry.
Note: It is strictly forbidden to start compressed air when the spray gun is not fixed or held!
3. After use
When it is urgent to stop processing, press the emergency stop button switch and the sandblasting machine will stop working. Cut off the power and air supply to the machine. When you want to stop the machine, clean the workpiece first and close the switch of each spray gun. It flows back into the separator. Turn off the dust collector. Turn off the power switch on the electrical box.
