The tool is light and flexible and can thoroughly remove rust and old coating. It will rough the coating. Compared with manual rust removal, the efficiency is greatly improved, up to 1~2m2/h, but scale can not be removed, the surface roughness is small, the surface treatment quality is not up to, the working efficiency is lower than spray treatment. It can be used for any part, especially ship repair.
2. Junda shot blasting (sand) rust removal. It mainly consists of glume jet erosion to obtain a clean surface and suitable roughness. The equipment includes open shot peening (sand) derusting device, closed shot peening (sand chamber) and vacuum shot peening (sand) machine. Open shot peening (sand) machine widely used, can completely remove the metal surface of the oxide, rust, old paint film and other impurities, rust removal efficiency up to 4~5m2/h, high mechanical degree, rust removal quality is good. However, cleaning up the site is difficult because abrasives are generally not recycled, which can affect other operations. As a result, environmental pollution is serious and has been gradually restricted in recent years.
3. High pressure water abrasive rust removal. High pressure water jet (combined with abrasive lapping) and water sled impact are used to break the corrosion and adhesion of the coating to the steel plate. Its characteristics are no dust pollution, no damage to the steel plate, rust removal efficiency is greatly improved, up to more than 15m2/h, rust removal quality is good. But the steel plate is easy to rust after rust removal, so it is necessary to use a special wet rust removal paint, which has a great impact on the coating of general performance paint.
4. Junda Shot blasting and rust removal. Shot blasting is a more advanced mechanical treatment method for hull steel rust removal. It uses high-speed rotating impeller to throw abrasive onto the steel surface to achieve the purpose of rust removal. It is not only high production efficiency, but also low cost and high degree of automation. It can realize assembly line operation, environmental pollution is small, but only indoor operation. Chemical derusting is mainly a method of removing rust products on the metal surface by reacting with acid and metal oxide. The so-called pickling derusting can only be carried out in the workshop.
